Opir is a major tributary of the Stryi river. Its length is 58 km. The channel of a river is rocky. The river has mountain character with landscaped beaches, caves, grottos. Here are found bleak, chub, gobies, pidust, grayling, river trout. This diversity attracts fishermen, amateur, spinning, float and bottom fishing. Today the river became popular among the many tourists who are fond of rafting. Best raft is on the spring, when the river is full of water, and in summer when shallow water - the river Skole.
