In the village Stradch was located underground monastery, the creation of it was begun during the reign of Galicia, Volyn and Kyiv Rus. The village is located on the banks of the river Vereshchytsia, not far from the city.

The first mention of the cave was found in the annals of 1242. This monastery called «Cave Domazhyrova». The length of the passages is over 270 meters and the entrance is on the northern slope of the mountain. After a lot of excavations, archaeologists found several cells about 20 meters deep into the mountain. Also monastery building includes spacious entrance gallery length of almost 40 meters.
