The regional landscape park "Znesinnia" is an object of natural reserve fund of Ukraine. It was created to preserve and restore the natural and historical complex Znesinnia and territory of ancient settlements.

Around the park is allocated additionally protected zone, thus decreasing the impact of the urban environment.

In the park You can see and visit the Museum of Folk Architecture and Life "Shevchenko Hai", enjoy the natural landscapes and historical and cultural values and, if it is necessary, use the benefits of civilization: there are educational institutions, hospitals, churches, sports facilities and more.

"Znesinnya" is located in the Kaiserwald. It is hilly area, with ravines and covered with forest. A name literally means «Imperial Forest». It is associated with the love of Franz Joseph to visit this park during their visits to the Lviv city.
